Have you ever wondered if being able to create your own success is possible?  I'm sure you have had days that you just didn't believe that.  I used to feel that way, but thanks to the first book I ever read about personal development and manifesting your future, "The Secret" I know for a fact that it is true.

Our journey for reaching our goal is not a straight line - it would be nice if it were.  However, as we follow our passion, what is in our heart and when we are very clear on what it is we want and WHY we want it, we are also confronted by challenges.  But that is alright, really.

It is a way that we are being guided and told to change our directions, our plans so we can actually get closer.  As each challenge occurs, we learn something new, about ourself, we grow, we become wiser and more in tuned to ourself.  We also will meet new people we would otherwise would have never met because of these, bumps in the road and struggles.  So I encourage you to embrace them and stop for a moment and ask yourself. "What is the lesson I am to learn from this?"

It's OK, it doesn't mean you have failed, it just means you have come to a fork in the road and a decision has to be made about what to do next.  Don't ever quit on your dreams or yourself!

Listen to this wonderful video from David Sharpe and how he has created success.

I am also grateful for my challenges and struggles because I would not be where I am today.

As a corporate executive I have had amazing success and when our company downsized it caused me to look inward and not equate my value based on my job or title.  Ultimately I found network marketing and now Internet Marketing and blogging and I have never been more happy.

So you see with every negative occurrence in our life, something twice as good comes out of it.  If you allow it to, if you are open to it.

To your success on your journey and be grateful for those bumps in the road - something awesome is just around the corner!!
